Understanding the Holy Spirit
First: Anoint your forehead every morning with anointing
balm or olive oil from the supermarket and anoint
yourself “in the name of
The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.”
Matthew 28:19.
Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you and give you
discernment
of what should be allowed to pass through and strength to deflect
what shouldn't. You may want to use this time to say the Lord's
Prayer (Matthew 6:9-15) or prayer to the Holy Spirit below.

Breath in me, O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may
all be holy. Act in me, O Holy Spirit, that my work,
too, may be holy. Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit, that
I love but what is holy. Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit,
to defend all that is holy. Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit,
that I always may be holy. --Augustine (354-430 AD)
Second: Read The Personality of the Holy Spirit
