Mind

Mind               What you think and how you think.

gift_within_sm.gif

The Mind is always involved in what passes through the

other doors. In fact, it begins (after going through the

other doors) and ends back at the mind. It is the mind that

makes a resolution to manifest a behavior and react

(respond) as a result of the thought. Whatever the action,

it is rebellion against God. The Bible says to take every

thought captive. If a thought has festered long enough

for you to take action, the action will more than likely

not be born from Christ-love, but the hate and

justification that was built by allowing the thought to

develop. The Keys to 7 Doors 7 Keys is to know

that through Christ in you, you have the authority

and power to stop the thoughts where they start

or at any point you realize their presence/ influence

in your life.

Living in this truth will change your behavior and how

you respond to life situations. Your cup will be ready for

overflow.

Some examples of rebelling against God with the

Mind and how it interacts with the other doors:

Building Cases- gathering reasons for (emotional feelings--

heart) or against something whether based on fact or rumor.

Unspiritual and conditional love/ hate.  Spreading and creating gossip (mouth).

Case building leads to self-justification and un-Christ like behavior.

Negative thinking- Thinking the worse of something

before the positive because it may not look (eyes)

like it’s in your favor. Thinking that lacks faith in God

and His ability. Walking by sight and not by faith;

relying on self discernment.

Negative thinking corrupts your faith and limits God’s involvement

in the situation. You replace Him and His word with self and fear.

Comparing self with others; success/ failure (works);

appearance/ physical attributes (desires); position/

power; wealth/ material possession (passions).

Comparing yourself to others leads to a spirit of ungratefulness

for what God gives you; a spirit of pride.

How to build Christ within you? Understand the Holy Spirit

in your walk.

Know that there is a difference between right and righteous.

Sometimes what appears to be from God, is not. Sometimes

things may appear to be answer to prayer and it is not. It is

critical to ask the Lord for discernment.

Biblical Example: The behavior and obedience of Abraham's

Chief of Staff (head servant) when was told to find a wife for Isaac

in Genesis 24.
